Jennell is an Orlando native, born and raised in “The City Beautiful”.
She graduated magna cum laude from Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, Florida, with a degree in Political Science. During her studies, she was awarded numerous internships with the U.S. Department of Defense, which allowed her to be posted in foreign countries, including Italy, Germany, and Japan. Later, she attended Florida A&M University, College of Law in Orlando, Florida, where she earned a Juris Doctor and gained invaluable experience through studying abroad in Italy, Greece, France, and London.
Before joining the Paul Knopf Bigger Team, Jennell worked as defense counsel at one of the nation’s largest insurance companies, where she litigated hundreds of cases on behalf of her client. After many years of sharpening her craft from the defense perspective, she decided it was time to use her skills to fight for the people and not the powerful.
Utilizing her adaptability, Jennell is now dedicated to bringing her knowledge to represent those that have been mistreated in matters such as: medical malpractice, products liability, and catastrophic injury cases.
In addition to her practice, Jennell is actively engaged in promoting positive change in her community through her involvement with non-profit organizations and local bar associations. With her free time, she enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
